Elite Coastal Rides Effective: November 11, 2025 

1. Payment and Billing Full payment is required at the time of booking. Corporate net-10 terms may be extended in writing. Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, QuickBooks Payments. A valid card must remain on file; authorization holds may be placed. Declined payments incur a $35 fee.

2. Refunds and Cancellations Deposits are fully refundable if canceled >24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours: 50% credit toward future travel may be issued at our discretion. Airport transfers <2 hours or non-airport <1 hour: 100% charge.

3. No-Shows & Wait Time Airport: 45 min (domestic) / 75 min (international) grace after landing. Non-airport: 15 min. No-shows charged full fare. Wait-time after grace period: $75/hr in 15-min increments.

4. Child Seats & Luggage Clients must provide and install FAA-approved child seats. Max 2 medium suitcases + 1 personal item per passenger. Oversize items require prior approval.  Maximum 6 passengers ONLY when all luggage fits in the rear cargo area with all seats up.

Excess or oversized items (golf bags, surfboards, coolers, boxes, etc.):

We can fold the third row for extra cargo, reducing seating to 5 passengers.

If 6 passengers are still required with excess luggage, a second vehicle must be booked (additional charge) or luggage shipped separately.

Driver has final authority to refuse unsafe loads. Florida law prohibits luggage in the passenger compartment or blocking exits.

5. Disputes Email info@elitecoastalrides.com within 10 calendar days of invoice. Failure to dispute constitutes acceptance.

6. Liability Not liable for delays beyond our control. Max liability for lost/damaged baggage: $500 per passenger. No liability for indirect/consequential damages.

7. Collections Overdue balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest. Client pays all collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs.

8. Governing Law Florida law; exclusive venue St. Lucie County.

9. Gratuity Not included. 20% suggested for excellent service.
