What’s included in an airport transfer?
Every airport transfer includes real-time flight tracking, so we know your actual arrival time even if it changes, a grace period after landing, and a chauffeur who meets you in the arrivals area and helps with your bags. No meeting at baggage claim, no waiting curbside.
How much does an airport transfer cost?

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight status, so a delay doesn’t cost you anything extra within the grace period: 30 minutes for domestic flights, 60 minutes for international flights, measured from actual landing time.
Is there a fee if I need extra time after landing?
Once the grace period ends, additional wait time is billed at $100/hour in 30-minute increments, with a $50 minimum and up to one additional hour billed. If we haven’t heard from you 90 minutes past the scheduled pickup, the ride is treated as a no-show and the full fare applies.
Can I cancel or change my airport transfer?
Yes. Cancel 24 hours or more before your ride for a full refund. Airport rides canceled within 2 hours of pickup are charged the full fare, so let us know as early as you can if your plans change.
